Arella Flur is a creative producer, theatre manager, and strategist. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Arella developed a passion for storytelling, live entertainment, and the arts from an early age.
She is the Assistant Company Manager for the smash hit MAMMA MIA! 25th Anniversary Tour. She has formerly held roles with 321 Theatrical Management, Barrington Stage Company, Blumenthal Performing Arts, and Jujamcyn Theaters, working on Broadway and touring shows including Wicked, Funny Girl (Revival), Into the Woods (Revival), and Hamilton. Arella’s producing credits include the PLAYground New Works Festival and The 80th Annual Dolphin Show: Matilda the Musical, which under her leadership became the highest-grossing show in the organization’s history.
She is a proud graduate of Northwestern University.
